Loch Goil is superbly situated just one hour from the Erskine Bridge, Glsgow Airport and Glasgow itself. Nearby Carrick Castle was originally built in the 1200's and is thought to be named after Robert Bruce who was Earl of Carrick at the time. The present building dates back to the 15th Century and once belonged to the Campbells.
Rhumhor is an attractive Victorian house and is tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind. The main lounge has comfortable seating and is equipped with TV, video and CD for your entertainment. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The dining room can be found at the front of the house and has views out over the loch.
There are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and additional sleeping for two on the sofa bed in the lounge area.
