A Newly Refurbished Self Catering Holiday Apartment Sleeping Two People In North Queensferry, Fife

Shoreland Studio is a newly refurbished contemporary studio offering self catering accommodation in the Fife conservation village of North Queensferry. The studio has fabulous views of the bridges and the river and there is free access to the garden which has several sitting out areas by the waterfront. There is a cafe and a restaurant within walking distance and in season there ae ferries across the Firth to South Queensferry. The village is charming and peaceful yet enjoys a central location just twenty minutes from Edinburgh and thirty minutes from Perth.

The village of Queensferry is domiated by the outstanding Forth Rail Bridge, a massive and imposing cantilever structure. Many of the villagers have boats and fish for cod, mackerel and other fish and lay creels for crab and lobster. It is a delight to get out on the water and in particular a trip to the idyllic Inchcolm island should be a priority; there are regular trips during the season from the village pier or South Queensferry.

The studio is open plan and has a compact kitchen with built in oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge and washing machine. There are oak floors throughout and a large ensuite shower room. Sleeping accommodation is found in one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
