Welcome to Ayrs & Graces, a luxurious and rural bed and breakfast in the Ayrshire countryside. We offer superior accommodation in a romantic setting close to the historic village of Alloway and the seaside town of Ayr with it's pleasant harbour and sandy beaches. Each of our two double rooms have been individually designed and furnished and there is a 40 foot balcony on which you can have breakfast whilst admiring the surrounding countryside, local wildlife and animals.

We offer a choice of breakfast at Ayrs & Graces and homebaking is available in the sumptious lounge on arrival. There is ample private off road parking available for guests to use.

Rooms Description

Two double rooms are available at Ayrs & Graces. The Robert Burns suite has it's own personal terrace, cosy lounge with flatscreen TV and designer bathroom with full size bath and fully tiled power shower. The Jean Armour room also has it's own personal terrace and fully tiled ensuite facilities. There are tea/ coffee making facilities in each room.
