Welcome to Emsdorf Place, a newly renovated self catering holiday flat in the quiet, picturesque village of Lundin Links just ten miles from St Andrew's Golf Course. This 19th century upper flat offers well proportioned, comfortable accommodation for up to six people with many amenities including grocers, post office, shops, pubs and restaurants closeby. Other golf courses within easy reach include Leven Bank, Elie, Anstruther and Kingsbarns. Lower Largo (the birthplace of Robinson Crusoe), the beach and access to the Fife Coastal Path linking the East Neuk's many popular seaside villages is only a few minutes walk from the property, with access to numerous other local walking routes including Largo Law within easy reach.
Emsdorf Place offers the perfect, family friendly base for exploring this beautiful area including the well appointed RSPB nature centre overlooking Loch Leven at Vane Farm. If you visit during autumn, you will also see thousands of pink-footed geese arriving with breeding snipe, redshank and lapwing on the surrounding wetlands. Windsurfing, paddle boats, and sailing are available during the summer months in Elie which is four miles away.
Rooms Description
Emsdorf Place has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and there is an additional double sofabed in the lounge. The bathroom is well equipped with a walk in power shower and the fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including Miele dishwasher plus a BOSCH double broiler convection oven. The lounge has a colour TV with DVD player and there is a period reproduction high output Edwardian gas fireplace.
Specialities
Gas central heating / electricity, towels, bed linen and final clean included in tariff. Cot / High Chair are available for hire. We do not accept pets at the accommodation.

Directions
From Edinburgh or Glasgow, cross the Forth Bridge heading for Perth and exit the M90 at J2A, signposted Glenrothes / Kirkcaldy. The road merges into the A92. The A92 ends at a large roundabout, follow signs to Leven (3rd exit on roundabout) and then the A915. Proceed through Leven on the A915 and arrive at the next town Lundin Links. Turn right at Emsdorf Road before the Lundin Links Hotel. 9 Emsdorf Place is on your left following the bend in the road. Parking (which is readily found) can be anywhere in the vicinity (e.g. Emsdorf Road or Woodlands Road).
