Valley bed and breakfast is set in peaceful and beautiful surroundings on the beautiful Shetland Islands. Shetland is a walker's paradise and is rich with birds and wildlife and the B&B makes the ideal base for a walking holiday. There are a great many outdoor pursuits to be enjoyed in the local area, including golf at the nearby Shetland and Asta golf clubs and fishing at Strand Loch, just a short walk from us. If you enjoy bird watching then you can take a trip to Foula or Fair Isle, both of which are famous for their cliffs and sea birds. The airfield is only a few minutes drive from us where a small six-seater plane can whisk you away for the day.

Scalloway, the ancient capital of Shetland is only four miles away and has shops, bars and restaurants. The modern capital of the island, Lerwick, is just six miles away and has many visitor attractions including the new museum, Clickimin Leisure Centre, town hall and library. Boat trips run from here to the internationally renowned sea bird cliffs of Noss. The main ferry terminal to the island is just six miles away and the airport is 29 miles away.
