Nethybridge is a forest village in the Scottish Highlands, just fourteen miles from the mountain resort of Aviemore. The village has a wide range of facilities including sporting activities, golf course, tennis courts, bowling green and football pitch. The cottage is pet friendly and the surrounding area is ideal for ddog walkers, simply turn right when leaving the door and walk into the forest which has signposted.

Duncruin is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and has a large enclosed back garden backing onto a dense pine forest, home to many birds and red squirrels. The cottage has a large L shaped living and dining room with satellite television, DVD player, video and stereo for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
