Lyonston Cottages are a collection of 3 quality self catering holiday properties located just under seven miles south of Ayr, just 1 hour from Glasgow. The town centre of Maybole is just a quarter of a mile away and there is a swimming pool and golf course within half a mile. The general store is just a short walk away. Culzean Castle and country park is only four miles away and the entire area is deeply associated with Robert Burns. Lovers of the great outdoors will find much of interest within a short travelling distance of the cottages, including golf, cycling, hill walking, coastal walks, sandy beaches, sea and river fishing. The town of Ayr is 10 mins drive. Good shopping, leisure centre, theatre, cinema, ice rink, swimming pool, racecourse, bowling and golf courses.

Dairy Cottage sleeps 4-5 people comprisng one double room and large bedroom with twin or triple single beds + cot. Lyon Cottage and Stone Cottage each sleep 4 each with one double bedroom one twin single bedroom. All Lyonston Cottages have a private sheltered garden with grass area and flower borders, patio, garden furniture. Parking for two cars. The sitting rooms feature colour TV, freeview,music centre cd's coal effect fire, video, video tapes and a selection of books. The kitchens are well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and coffee machine. Please note pets allowed only at owners discretion and there is no smoking within the cottages.
