A newly refurbished holiday apartment in the heart of the historic city of Edinburgh, available for groups of up to 14. The apartment is situated in a A listed Georgian building in Edinburgh's New Town, perfect for those wishing to explore the delights of this vibrant city. The apartment is designed to accommodate the discerning visitor who, we hope, will enjoy the luxurious interior and the spacious surroundings.

The ground floor comprises of the drawing/dining room with wall mounted flat screen TV, satellite package and Bose home cinema and music system. The funky bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower unit and overlooks Queen Street and the gardens beyond. The kitchen is state of the art and contains a fridge/freezer, dishwashr, hob, double oven, microwave and coffee maker. Bedroom one can also be found on this floor and has twin beds with sufficient space for an additional two full sized guest beds, should you require.

Rooms Description

The upper level contains the master bedroom with oval windows overlooking the gardens and giving out to panoramic views of Leith and the Firth of Forth. On this floor there are an additional two twin rooms and a double bedroom in addition to a second bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower unit.
