A warm, friendly guesthouse set just outside Kelso in the Scottish borders. Offering Bed and Breakfast or if you prefer, we can let the house out as a self catering accommodation to sleep up to seven people. The bungalow has three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. Each has an ensuite bathroom and shower cubicle. Guests are welcome to use the lounge to relax or alternatively in the summer time, you are able to sitting our large garden and enjoy the open views over the stunning Eildon Hills.

We are located just 2 miles from Kelso, a picturesque town steeped in history and stunning architecture and nestled between the Eildon Hills and Bowmont Forest. We are conveniently located for touring, walking, golf, fishing and plenty of other activities to keep you entertained. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Roxburgh Hotel & Golf Club and there are also many beautiful walking trails to be had along the river and former railway routes.
