The village of Connel itself is an ideal base for exploring Argyll and Bute. Lying on the southern shore of the beautiful Loch Etive. The beautiful Lusragan Burn flows through the village making this a peaceful and tranquil location. Amenities in the village include a small village shop for last minute provisions along with a post office and rail and bus links to Oban and beyond. If you prefer to eat or drink out, you'll find restaurants at the Falls of Lora Hotel and the Oyster Inn nearby.
