Loch Awe is the third largest freshwater loch in Scotland and has an average width of 1 kilometre. At the northern end of this magnificent body of water lies one of the most widely photographed castles in Scotland, Kilchurn Castle. The Cruachan Restaurant runs over half the length of the front of the hotel and is the perfect place to enjoy some modern Scottish cuisine prepared using fresh local produce. Breakfast is taken in The Conservatory where you can enjoy uninterrupted views across Loch Awe.
