Balmeadowside Lodges are four modern self catering holiday lodges situated in a tranquil location on the south facing slopes of a working farm in the North East of Fife. The setting is ideal and peaceful yet the central location means Dundee, St Andrews, Perth and Edinburgh are not far away. The farm and cottages are just 15 miles away from St Andrews, the home of golf and sandy beaches, botanic gardens, sea life centre and Craigtoun Country Park. Perth, with its great shopping, dining, walks and activities lies just 17 miles west, Dundee 13 miles to the North and historic Edinburgh is around an hours drive away.

Each lodge has been individually and tastefully furnished and sleeps up to five people in one king size bedroom and one twin bedroom (a further guest bed is available on request). There is a spacious living area with TV and DVD; open plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen; fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower; and patio doors leading onto a veranda with outdoor furniture and hot tub (in 3 lodges) - perfect for relaxing with your favourite drink and admiring the beautiful surrounding countryside. Each lodge benefits from underfloor central heating, double glazing and excellent insulation, ensuring your comfort, whatever the weather!
