Lodge 14 is a superb self catering lodge set in the magnificent Queen Elizabeth Park on the shores of Loch Lomond and near the foot of the well known Munro Ben Lomond at Rowardennan. Offering comfortable and warm accommodation for up to four people it makes the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful holiday close to nature at its finest.

Rowardennan is a small village on the east shore of Loch Lomond, nestling at the foot of Ben Lomond. The Ben has a well worn path to the summit and offers spectacular views all round the Loch Lomond and Trossachs Nation Park area, on a clear day almost all of central Scotland can be seen from its summit. Lodge 14 is only 25 miles from Stirling, the gateway to the Highlands and just 50 minutes drive from Glasgow and 75 minutes from Edinburgh. The area provides everything one could wish for relaxation and enjoyment, with easy access to water sports including exploring the Islands of Loch Lomond, cycling, golfing, horse riding, watersports, canoeing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing and other activities. On site launching facilities are available for your own boat.

Rooms Description

Lodge 14 is a superb and spacious chalet, accommodating six people and situated just 75 yards from a private beach which provides safe bathing for children. The lounge and dining area have views over the loch. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave,dish washer and washing machine. There is a double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are heated by electric convection heaters and fitted with mirrored wardrobes. Linen and towels. are supplied. Open plan sitting area is fitted with a glass fronted gas.log effect fire, tv, dvd and cd player. Outside there is spacious verandah with a gate making it safe for small children and dogs, from which you can enjoy the sunshine into the late evening. Perfect for B.B.Q’s with views across Loch Lomond and North to the Arrocher mountains. Ben Lomond and Ptarmigan come into view in the late autumn to winter. Parking is at the rear of the lodge and pets are welcome by arrangement. Rowardennan Hotel is a mere 150 metres away.
