Our gorgeous 4 star self catering lodges are based in Yellowscott Country Park, 4 miles from Dunfermline, where the ancient Kings of Scotland were crowned. All our 12 lodges have lake views and verandahs, with garden furniture. Lomond Lodge is a luxurious, south facing, one bedroom lodge with super king bed and private outdoor hot tub. Pentland Lodge is an opulent 2 bedroom lodge with a king size bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 zip and link 3ft singles that can be a twin or double room. Pivate outdoor hot tub. Cleish Lodge is another 2 bedroom lodge, one king size bedroom, one zip and link twin / double, both ensuite. South facing property with private hot tub.

Yellowscott Country Lodges

The Tay Estuary provides a wonderful habitat for wildlife including common seals, porpoises and a great variety of waders and wildfowl. Sea trout fishing in Tayport and Wormit is very popular and there are some first class fly fishing venues in Fife offering rainbow and brown trout fishing. Golf has been a way of life in Fife for 500 years. Where else can you play a New Course that is now over 100 years old? The Kingdom of Fife is indeed the Home of Golf - it's in the air, and it's addictive. Golf here is everyone's game, so - whether you are on your 1st visit or your 51st - you will be at home on our courses and be made very welcome. Fife's ecclesiastical past is also a major source of historic sites with stunning churches, abbeys and the ruins of the magnificent St Andrews Cathedral - once the largest building in Scotland and for many years the centre of the country's religious life.
