Welcome to The Linton, ideally located on the edge of the River Tyne in the picturesque village of East Linton, right in the heart of East Lothian. The area is ideal for fishermen, with the River Tyne and Linn Rocks waterfall right outside our door. Permits are available locally. For keen golfers, there are a wealth of golf courses near by or if walking is more your thing, the John Muir Way passes though the village, offering miles of walkways and stunning scenery. There are also many cycle routes nearby.

Not only do we offer accommodation, we also serve delicious, locally sourced food in our superb restaurant. Lunch is served daily from 12 noon until 2pm whilst dinner is served from 5.30pm until 9pm. Various options for dining are available to our guests; dine in our cosy and comfortable bar by the fire or in our restaurant. At the weekends we open our Garden Room Restaurant, perfect for romantic dining.

Rooms Description

Whether you stay with us for a nights stop over, or for a whole week, we have 6 guest rooms on offer, all are finished to a high standard and offer comfortable and affordable accommodation. All our rooms are ensuite with free WiFi internet. We have a large family room sleeping up to 4 in a double bed and 2 singles, 4 doubles and 1 twin room, all with modern conveniences.
